Who am I?
Happily Married, Mom of 4 (2 deceased from SMA, 1 with Autism, 1 with spunk and attitude) Oh, and I’m a (random) blogger, web designer/developer, coffee/chocolate addict, music and cat lover.

What I Do?
I use my passion for digital media to design and develop custom and user friendly websites. I am a CIW Certified Web Designer and have been designing, developing, maintaining and hosting websites since 1996. In 2001, I started my own web design and hosting business after many requests for websites from friends and aquaintences. I closed my business in late 2009/early 2010 due to health issues with my child, among other reasons. Although, I no longer design professionally anymore, my love for web design will always be apart of me and maybe in the future I will be able to follow that passion once again. As every good web designer knows, there is nothing better than designing that beautiful and functional website or custom logo and knowing you helped to further someones business, organization or hobby….ok, ok, coffee and chocolate come awful darn close too.

“Creating a successful website is a lot like raising a child. No matter how much anticipating you do, the reality is very different. You could not have expected the long hours, the frustration, and the energy you would pour into it or the joy and fulfillment you would derive from it. Its early days are precarious and you’re not entirely sure it will survive. Then all at once it finds it’s feet and begins growing steadily. The scariest days are behind you, but it will require regular vigilance and maintenance. Fortunately, you’re company is not alone with me on board. I am an expert at breeding success and I’m as close as your mouse!”
